Are lake adventures part of your families' identity? Is it where some of your favorite memories are? Why not preserve this special and unique activity through lifestyle photos?

On the Lake sessions are great with kids of any age, but are particulary fun for older elementary and up. There is something special about capturing teens and tweens doing activities in their element for a genuine smile.

How it works

$725 + tax

On the Lake Lifestyle sessions include up to six people and last approximately 1-1.5 hours. You provide the boat, and I'll capture your family in action! Sessions take place on Lake Austin or Lake Travis and are done the hour before sunset for optimal light. Session includes all hand edited, full resolution images, plus black and whites, a print release, and a softcover album filled with beautiful images from your shoot.

Scheduling

I recommend summer scheduling. Mid June through late August is idealfor warm weather and plenty of in-the-water action photos! Plus, you'll check off holiday photos from your to do list a little early.

Style Guide

I suggest wearing what you typically wear whole on the lake to keep it authentic. But, if you are looking for a little direction, bright colors photograph beautifully & add an element of playfulness and fun to the photos.

The Gallery

I'm often asked how many images are included in the price. I'd estimate around 80-100 color images + black and whites for a total of 160-200 edited images. Delivery is through Shoot Proof for easy downloads and sharing.

The Photo Book

I make an 8x6 softcover photo book. I am a big fan of getting photos off technology & into your hands. Printed photos celebrate the seasons of your beautiful life! Book delivery is about 4 weeks, depending on the printer.

Not only that but she created beautiful images in the world’s most poorly lit little area of the NICU where my son was stationed. Perhaps even more importantly she came in to take the photos with a great positive energy and immediately made us feel comfortable even though we were in a stressful situation and had nurses hovering around us. For the in home session, she was amazing at capturing stunning shots and had creative ideas about how to get the best photos. She also was so good with my son in his individual photos taking care to make him comfortable and cozy. Finally I want to add that Lindsay’s turnaround for the completed photos was SO FAST!! All in all, it was a great experience and we will treasure our photos forever. Thank you Lindsay!
