Welcome to the booking site for fall 2025 Photo Sessions!
This year I am offering three types of sessions for fall: Full Sessions, Small Sessions, and Mini Sessions.

As a reminder, below is info on how mini sessions work:
•When booking mini sessions, keep in mind that these are shorter sessions done at a pre-determined location, date, and time. They are at a lower price than my full sessions, include a handful of images and most usually are used with the intention of getting that “Holiday Card Photo” or for a quick update to your family photos.
•Time-slots are back to back with other families. They are ideal for clients who desire just a few groupings and are looking for a slightly more posed look (due to time constraints it's difficult to get a huge variety like a full session!).
•Payment is due in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable (think of it as buying a ticket to a concert).
New this year, all mini sessions prices are about $30-50 less (depending on location) than they were in years past, but come with a limit of 10 digital downloads of your choice (previous years included the whole gallery). At the time of gallery delivery you will have the option to upgrade and purchase the entire gallery for $150. The upgrade also comes with a $75 print credit (if you want to use it). And, as always, you get my 20% discount to Minted for holiday cards!
•When booking mini sessions, it's important that your family is comfortable being punctual…meaning at least 5 minutes early. If your child or family takes a while to warm up, if you prefer to choose from my large list of locations, desire more flexibility, wants the option to reschedule, love the “in-between” shots and/or want the full Lindsay Herkert Photo Co experience, I suggest booking a full session.
•Before booking please make sure you are available for both the date and time of the mini session as well as the rain makeup date.

Do yourself a favor and hire Lindsay Herkert immediately. Lindsay kindly “rescued” my daughter’s Senior Photo Shoot. After our original photographer became ill, and the second ghosted us (after collecting a deposit), we were very stressed about finding a talented photographer who was available. Our prayers were answered in Lindsay! She was quick to respond, a great communicator, flexible about the location/time, and gave extra helpful tips for this type of photo shoot. (If you have a teen daughter, you know how important this photoshoot is)! During the shoot Lindsay was professional, creative, and enthusiastic. The whole experience was great! Lindsay has lots of info on her website and is very responsive to questions. She accommodated every request my high school senior had for specific poses, while sequencing her outfits/locations in the park for maximum impact. Our family has worked with Lindsay for our photo sessions and we’ve really enjoyed our experience. Lindsay is very personable and pays attention to your preferences when planning the shoot. She’s so warm natured and my kids absolutely loved chatting with her. I really think this helped with keeping them engaged and they felt so comfortable. We have used Lindsay for our "fresh 48," newborn, six month and one year photos for both our children. Her photos are priceless, timeless keepsakes that capture the light, joy, and energy of these special moments. From prep to "day of" to delivery, Lindsay is above and beyond. In advance of your photo shoot, she is very detail-oriented and provides location coordination, outfit/props support and recommendations, discusses poses, tone, and goals of the shoot so she is perfectly aligned. Her warm personality and incredible "touch" with kids makes the day of stress-free and dare I say even fun. As someone who hates getting my picture taken and never knows how to pose, I just let Lindsay tell me what to do and work her magic. She's exceptional with our children and manages to capture their SMILES and personality with ease ... though I'm still not sure how she gets as many smiles as she does. She edits and turns around photos very quickly (days to a week rather than some photographers who drag on and on) and believe me when I say I am always BLOWN AWAY by the photos. There are always so many and far more than I ever expect given that she gets ya in and gets it done. Couldn't recommend more highly if you want natural, beautiful, bright and joyful photos.

We recently moved from out of state and was looking for a new family photographer. Lindsay was amazing! Pictures turned out so beautiful. We had a large extended family photos at Ford Ranch at the end of December. There were some tantrums by a kid (and one by an adult) and Lindsay was amazing to try to accommodate everyone. She gave us recommendations for colors to wear. We used her style and select program to find matching outfits which was great!. We chose dark blue. We had a family member decide they wanted to wear an all black outfit. Please don’t wear all black on a beautiful sunny day, it does not look good;). She will give you a location guide recommendation. We originally chose Mayfield Park for a fee, but unfortunately, there was some event there. So we chose Ford Ranch. We will definitely use her services again!

What a fun shoot and perfect photos!! Lindsay was sweet, easy going, and so flexible. We were late and I was nervous that would cut down our time, but she never let us feel bad about it. She kept going for as long as she needed to to make sure we walk away with enough photos and BEAUTIFUL memories. The photos are so incredible and there's so many we get to keep. We wanted to do a photoshoot with our 6 month old before her teeth came in and she helped us capture her cute gummy smile and photos as a family. Lindsay is a great photographer and I can't recommend her enough. We did a family photoshoot with her. I wanted perfect fall colors and the golden hour light for our shoot. I hired Lindsay to do Fresh 48 and in homeNewborn photos for my first baby and she was amazing! My son ended up spending the first five days of his life in the NICU and Lindsay was amazing at being flexible and finding a time to come do the photos in the NICU once things settled down a little bit and my son was healthy enough to have photos taken just before he was discharged. Not only that but she created beautiful images in the world’s most poorly lit little area of the NICU where my son was stationed. Perhaps even more importantly she came in to take the photos with a great positive energy and immediately made us feel comfortable even though we were in a stressful situation and had nurses hovering around us. For the in home session, she was amazing at capturing stunning shots and had creative ideas about how to get the best photos. She also was so good with my son in his individual photos taking care to make him comfortable and cozy. Finally I want to add that Lindsay’s turnaround for the completed photos was SO FAST!! All in all, it was a great experience and we will treasure our photos forever. Thank you Lindsay!
